This company had me sign a contract for 195,000 to buy my home in Olathe at a agreed upon date. He knew I needed money to help my son buy a house which he did. Then nearing closing time he calls and said he is renigging on his contract he had me sign and would give me 175,000. He said take it or he would not buy it. I was mad so he said he knew another cash buyer. He sent over a guy (his realtor I found out latter) . He was not a cash buyer but wanted me to sign standard contract with commissions, inspections,etc. Watch out for these guys and get a big earnest money down. His word means nothing.
